This document proposes a coherent, general and unified framework intended to regulate all aspects regarding the municipal management of Urban Distribution of Goods (UDG)
This guide aims to provide criteria to orient the planning of the main strategies for UDG management. The proposed criteria are mainly focused on:
- Planning and regulation criteria
- Ordinance content proposals
- Signalling and other measures
Accordingly, this is also an orientative guide to update the municipal ordinances regarding UDG management. This guide provides basic and complementary articles and develops all the strategic lines to enable the municipalities to adapt them to their local needs.
Finally, this guide gathers some case studies and good practices in orter to stimulate reflection around specific examples.
